How I can help you
Sometime you might find it hard to talk about your feelings . It might just be too hard to say it out loud and sometimes you might not even know what you are feeling but you show it through your actions such was hitting or shouting. This is where talking therapies can help.

As much as you love the people around you, it can be hard to explain things to them. That’s where somebody like me steps in. I help you express what is making you feel sad, anxious or
angry for example. These are all normal feelings but sometimes we need a little help making sense of them .
We can work together just like two detectives.
Whatever you are feeling, we can work together to find the clues to help you feel better. This is just like completing a jigsaw puzzle. Once we have all the pieces of the jigsaw we can put them all together, to create a picture that we can both understand.
This picture will help explain why you feel like you do or why sometimes you behave in a certain way. Once we have the picture we can work together with a big Toolkit, to change
the bits that are making you unhappy or anxious to create the picture you want.
If talking seems too hard in our sessions that’s also ok, we can play instead. It means we can play games, do some drawing or even read some stories that will help find the pieces of the
jigsaw. After our sessions it might be that we talk to your adult/s to give them some Tools to help support you, but remember what we talk about will be between us unless you
want to tell somebody.
